The big green leaves look like my tongue after I eat a green lollipop at a birthday party.
The big black bumblebee buzzes gracefully around the yellow daisies.
The tall dead plant looks like an inside-out umbrella.
The algae swirls like an oil spill in my garage.
The fast dragonfly is a bullet shooting out of a rifle.

The idea behind this blog is to create a flow of information between the school and families. Since we work in one week increments with assignments and homework, these will be posted on the “homework” page every Monday. Additional assignments will also be posted there. And don’t worry, you will still get that information also on paper.

The page for parents will include information about school venues specifically for the parents. In addition, when we come accross information about parenting or kids in general, these links will be posted on the parent page.

And last, but not least, don’t forget to check out the work that students are publishing!
